Sign out of LinkWare Live, then sign in again.
To see the SIGN OUT screen, go the home screen, then tap Tools > Sign In.
The message shows when you try to sign out of LinkWare Live
The tester has lost the connection to the Wi-Fi or wired network. Reconnect the tester to the network and try again. To try to reconnect, you can tap SYNC on the home screen, or tap TOOLS > Network, tap the Wi-Fi or Wired panel, then tap CONNECT.
Or, to sign out of LinkWare Live turn off the tester then turn it on again.
