Internal Users
Internal users are usually people who work for your company, such as technicians and project managers. When you invite internal users to your LinkWare Live organization, you give them the role of Manager or Tech. The roles give them various privileges in your organization and on projects, as shown below. Internal users can also have administrative privileges.
To add Internal Users to your organization, tap INTERNAL USERS, then tap ADD USER.
External Users
External Users are usually people who are outside of your company, such as subcontractors and customers. External users can have access only to subprojects. When you invite external users to a subproject, you give them the role of Sub Manager, Tech, or Viewer. If an external user has their own organization, the role you give them in your project does not change their role in their organization.
To add External Users to a subproject, tap TEAM MEMBERS in a project, then tap ADD TO TEAM in a subproject's panel.

Note: Administrative Privileges add the privileges shown to the other privileges for an Internal Manager or Internal Tech.

How do I give a user administrative privileges?
- Tap INTERNAL USERS.
- On the right side of the user's row, tap EDIT.
- On the user's information page, check the box for Allow administrative privileges, then tap SAVE CHANGES.
