How do I change the settings for my users?

You can make these changes on the INTERNAL USERS tab.

Change licenses and roles

On the INTERNAL USERS tab, tap EDIT in a user's row. On the users page, you can select a different Role or enable or disable their Administrative Privileges.

Remove a user from your organization

On the INTERNAL USERS tab, tap DELETE in a user's row, then tap DELETE USER. LinkWare Live sends the user an email to tell them about the change.

Remove a user from a subproject

In the project, tap TEAM MEMBERS, then tap REMOVE FROM SUBPROJECT in the user's row. LinkWare Live does not send the user an email to tell them about the change.

Help a user reset their password

This function is useful when a user forgets their password or when you want to remind users to reset their passwords.

You cannot reset a user's password, but you can send them a link so that they can reset it.

To send them an email with the link to reset their password, tap RESET PASSWORD in the user's row on the INTERNAL USERS tab.
