The number in a grey circle next to a cable ID shows that more than one result in the project uses that ID.
For example, a next to a cable ID shows that 2 results use the same ID. This can happen if a technician replaces the results for an ID, then uploads the project again, or if you move a result with the same ID from another project in LinkWare Live.
To see and delete results that have duplicate IDs
- Tap the result.
- Tap the Test Date drop down box at the top of the result details pane, then tap a date.
- To delete the result, tap DELETE.
Can I import results with duplicate IDs into LinkWare PC?
You can import results from duplicate IDs into LinkWare PC. The IDs show separately in LinkWare PC and have different dates and times.
