If a LinkWare Live project does not show on the SYNC PROJECTS screen on a tester, check these settings in LinkWare Live:
Is the project status Active?
Only active projects show on testers. To change the status of a project, tap the project on the PROJECTS tab, tap SETTINGS, select Active in the Status drop down box, then tap SAVE.
Does the project include a test setup?
Projects that do not include a test setup do not show on the tester. To add a test setup, tap the project on the PROJECTS tab, tap TEST SETUPS, then tap NEW TEST SETUP.
Is the project or subproject in someone else's organization?
Did you accept an invitation to use the owner's account or be a TEAM MEMBER on the subproject? Check your email for the invitation or ask the account owner to resend it. Follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation.
Were you removed from the account? Check your email for the notice that you were removed.
Were you removed from the subproject? Check with the account owner to see if you should be a team member on the subproject.
